Booking policy 

When making a booking you may be required to attend for a patch test up to 24-48 hours prior to the appointment being made. You may still cancel within this time *please se cancellation policy). You may not attend prior to having a patch test unless agreed otherwise. Should you choose to waiver a patch test you will be required to fill a waiver form in detail if the option of arriving early to do so isn’t possible then this will be deducted from your appointment/ treatment time. 

When arriving at your appointment you must respect the space due obvious reasons, work taking place and to other clients arriving and exiting. No rudeness towards staff members or other clients will be tolerated and you will be banned from booking again. 

Once you arrive you must wait to be let in. CCTV is in operation at all times. 

Depending on the service booked for please arrive makeup free and respect any contraindications and contra-actions.

A contraindication is a pre-existing medical condition that could either put you or your client at risk, should a beauty treatment be carried out, on the other hand, a contra-action is when a reaction occurs either during or immediately after treatment. 

Upon filling out relevant forms a chosen treatment should either of these mean treatment can go ahead, please respect the decision. 

If clients are more than 15 minutes late treatment cannot be carried out and a deposit will be required to book again.

The right to refuse service is applied to every service. 

 

Lash fill policy 

For a lash infill appointment there must be 50-60% of lash extensions still present otherwise this will be a full set and a new booking may be required. 

 

Aftercare 

Aftercare is provided for every treatment. Please ask for details if needed. 

Lash cleaning kits are available to purchase.

 

Cancellation policy 

This business enforces a cancellation policy on all services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations (within 24 hours of your appointment time). A cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to your appointment on time or cancel 24 hours before your appointment, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed. If cancellation fee isn’t paid you will not be able to book after this. For cancellations under the same circumstances twice you will need to pay 50% of your appointment missed. After a third time cancelling under the same circumstances you will not be able to book again. Anything outside of the cancellation policy is down to the discretion of the staff member the appointment has been booked with.

 

Pre payments 

Pre payments are required for some services due to the set up costs. When booking online the partial or full payment of the service will be paid upfront. The prepayment will be deducted from total on checkout.

 

Payments 

Payment methods available: 

Mobile payment (via the booking app) - only to be done by the staff member taking the appointment or relevant admin.

Cash payment - please attend with the right amount at the beginning of your appointment. Payment after is not an option.

Gift cards physical gift cards only no digital gift cards accepted unless stated otherwise in writing under @bluesbeautytherapy

Bank transfer bank transfer is accepted. Please transfer is made before the appointment and a screen shot of completed transaction sent in order to confirm against online banking. If money is accidentally sent or too much sent this may take up to 4-5 business days to be returned to the account the money was sent from. 

Tip rates

Tips appear at checkout via the online booking system and app. A no tip option is available along with 3 default tip rates, should you wish to send more this is at your own discretion and generosity. You may not request a tip back at a later date after choosing to spend. These terms are accepted upon booking.
